How We Can Help?

Choosing Original Tips
Can I enter more than one set of tips?
In the interest of fair play each person may only enter one team. You may enter this team in multiple leagues and compete against different groups of friends.
Can I make changes to my Original tips after entering and confirming them?
Yes, unlimited free changes can be made before the Gameweek 1 deadline. Once the Competition has commenced, no changes are allowed
Leagues
I can't join a friend's private league. What do I need to do?
First of all you must have entered Original Tips in the relevant Competition. Once you have your Original Tips confirmed, make sure that you have the correct league code and that you are entering it in the format it is written.
I have been removed from one of my leagues. Why is this?
Either you removed yourself accidentally or you were removed from the league by the league administrator. Try rejoining the league using the league code. If you are unsuccessful, please check with your league administrator.
How can I view other Users in my league?
Other User's tips can only be viewed after the first Gameweek has started, to allow them to keep their tips secret.
Is there a limit on the number of Users in a private league?
No, the more the merrier.
I still haven't been added to my league.
You will be added to the league at the next points update.
I haven't been entered into the supporters league for my favourite club. Why is this?
Please ensure that you have selected your favourite team.

As long as you select the club before your first deadline, you will be automatically entered into the supporters' league for that club.
Why am I not included in my location's leaderboard?
You are entered into the location league according to your laddertipping.com profile.

To update your location use the My Account page on laddertipping.com. Your location league won't change after your first deadline even if you update your profile.
Making Adjustments
Can I make changes to my Tips during a Gameweek?
No, you cannot make any Adjustments to your tips during a Gameweek.
If I don't use all my allowable Adjustments, are they available for the next Gameweek?
If you do not use all of your available Adjustments, a portion of the unused Adjustments will be available in the following Gameweek, however, a proportion will be lost. The proportion of unused Adjustments that are carried forward will differ between Competitions and from Gameweek to Gameweek.
Can I cancel my Adjustments?
No. Once you have confirmed your Adjustments, they are final and can't be reversed under any circumstances.
Your laddertipping.com account
I can't login. What do I need to do?
Please ensure you are using your registered e-mail address and correct password. Note that the password is case sensitive.

If you've registered for the first time this season, you will need to activate your account before entering a Ladder Tipping Competition. An email will be sent to the email address you've registered with and contains a link you'll need to click in order to activate your account. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

Try resetting your password. A temporary password will be sent to your mailbox. Please update your password once logged in.
How do I change my profile details such as name and password?
Use the My Account page on laddertipping.com.
I've forgotten my password and I'm not receiving the password reset email. What should I do?
Please ensure that you are logging in using the registered email address you used last season. If you cannot remember your password, please reset your password.

If you are not receiving the password reminder, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox.
Tipping data
When is the game updated?
Competition tables are updated as the matches take place, whilst Ladder Tipping league tables are usually updated 2 hours after the final whistle in the last game of the day.

Game Week updates with information and statistics about a particular Gameweek will be published within two days of the end of the Gameweek, when all matches have been played.
A result has been changed in an earlier game, altering the Competition table. Are you going to alter the Ladder Tipping points?
Ladder Tipping points and league tables are based on the official Competition table, and will therefore be updated to reflect any changes.

Original tips must be entered prior to the commencement of a competition. Once the competition has started, the Original Tips will remain fixed for the rest of the competition.

Unlimited changes can be made to the Original Tips up until the competition begins.
